SPICEMEAT JSC is a young company with a specific mandate: turn an existing production site into a modern processing plant.
How the company was formed
Joint-Stock Company «SPICEMEAT» was created in the course of the reorganisation of «Tashkentparranda» LLC by way of spin-off, on the basis of sole founder’s decision No. 01 of 27 March 2026, and registered on 31 March 2026 by the Yangiyul District Centre of State Services under number 3178275.
In the course of the spin-off, part of the rights and obligations of the reorganised company were transferred to the newly created company in accordance with the separation balance sheet, which determines the composition, volume and legal succession of the transferred assets and liabilities.
The charter capital was formed through the spin-off of the joint-stock company from the LLC. The shares were placed by way of legal succession among the former participants of the LLC on the basis of the transfer act.
Purpose of activity
Reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing production capacity under the investment project “Construction of a new modern plant for processing poultry, cattle and lamb on the site of the existing production facilities”, across an area of 3.9 hectares.
